Our website and social media pages change regularly and access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis. We aim to update our sites regularly and may change the content at any time, including the product details and pricing without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our sites, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our sites may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our sites through your Internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

CONTRACT

No contract will exist between you and Righteous Silver for the sale of any product unless and until Righteous Silver has accepted your order with a confirmation email or text message of confirmation. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Righteous Silver reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization or confirmation for payment, if shipping or delivery restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out on our website in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupee) and the price of the respective jewelry can also be obtained via personal messages through our social media sites and Whatsapp corresponding directly with our team. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost. This is a cash-on-delivery service, we hope to have your product delivered to you at the end of the month in which you place your order.

• However, due to the ongoing global pandemic, the management of Righteous Silver has moved on to bank wire transfers to uphold the new Covid-19 health and safety regulations which are essential to prevent the spread of Covid-19. As per the new payment method, once the order is confirmed with the Righteous Silver team, the team will send the respective bank account details to the client via email, Whatsapp, or any of the Righteous Silver social media platforms. It is the customers’ responsibility to deposit or transfer half the confirmed price to the respective Righteous Silver bank account within 5 working days of the confirmation of purchase with the Righteous Silver team and the rest of the amount should be made within 2 working days after the delivery of the item to the customer.

• In the event, the client fails to deposit the outstanding amount at the end of the two working day period after the client receives his or her jewelry. For every day after the end of the two working day extension, there will be an additional charge of Rs.1000 per day up until the payment is paid to the Righteous Silver Team. It is the client's responsibility to pay the outstanding amount within the two working day period after receiving the jewelry item from the Righteous silver team. In the event, the client is unable to deposit the money within the two working day period, it is the client's responsibility to inform the Righteous silver team of this inability and the reason for the delay in payment. It is up to the sole discretion of the Righteous silver Management to grant any exemptions from the Rs 1000/= per day additional charge which the client will have to pay for any late payments after the end of the two working day grace period that they receive.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Unless you cancel your order within 2 working days, your accepted order will follow through and the completion of the contract between you and Righteous Silver will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.
To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by email or text message using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the 2 working day period stated above will be at the discretion of Righteous Silver.

DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS

All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the Goods are contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier or against our insurers. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us here within 2 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item or by any other remedy that The Righteous Silver management finds fit and reserves the right of discretion to choose accordingly.

The Righteous silver management reserves the right to decide if the compensation is due or not and make the necessary arrangements with the respective client.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us.

• Each piece of Righteous Silver is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances, we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece or wave of the remaining outstanding out this would be under the sole direction of the Righteous silver management.

• The Righteous silver management reserves the right to decide if the compensation is due or not and make the necessary arrangements with the respective client.

• We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc., we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product or the design of the product.
